I’m Jeffrey Charboneau, a registered Social Worker (RSW) and founder of Twin Solas Therapy, offering psychotherapy and counselling across Ontario. My approach is grounded in trauma-informed, evidence-based care that helps children, youth, adults and families navigate emotional regulation, trauma recovery and personal growth.
My journey into mental health began long begore my professional training. My twin sister, Jessica acguired a brain injury before our first birthday. Our family faced tremendous uncertainty, learning to fing meaning and connection through the realities of medical and emotional change without guilt.
